pLenti-U6-gRNA-Cas9-P2A-EGFP-Puro&Zeocin is a plasmid used to easily insert sgRNA (Single guide RNA) targeting the target gene and perform gene editing using the CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system. The plasmid expresses EGFP (Enhanced green fluorescent protein), which facilitates observation of transfection efficiency or infection effect. It also carries Puro resistance and Zeocin resistance (Bleo resistance), which facilitates subsequent screening of polyclonal or monoclonal stable cell lines.
